Received hydrating formula instead of extra volumizing. I decided to use it anyway. It smells great and works well for what is designed to do. My hair is very soft and manageable, but with my thick, fine hair I'm still going to try to the volumizing to get a little more movement in my hair once dry.The MoroccanOil Shampoo and Conditioner came wrapped in Saran Wrap in the bix. The Shampoo was fine but the Conditioner opened up and the bottle was half empty. Can it be replaced?Debra BahrkeI got the volume shampoo and conditioner. I have a itchy dry scalp especially around the hairline with flaking. After one use it is gone!! I was really impressed. My shoulder length straight hair had body finally and the sent is wonderful too. I will be buying again.I love it. Shipping not so much, it was wrapped by itself, but the cap came loose, and I got a plastic sealed container of leaked shampoo. Lucky that I did not lose a lot.I have naturally wavy hair, and I love this shampoo! It makes my hair look super shiny and healthy. Plus, it gets rid of the frizz. I wouldn’t consider it an ‘extra volume’ shampoo because it doesn’t add any volume. But I still love it!Smells great and has helped my hair immensely! I read the reviews about the lather and the product tip was to add more water and let me tell you that works. I get the same suds as traditional shampoo by just adding water to my hair. I'm extremely happy with this shampoo..only wish it was a little less expensive but im a thrifty person soo...lol nevertheless this us a great product! What I did not like is when I received this order of the Shampoo, it had leaked, so lost some ofthe shampoo. You need to put tape on the top lid to stop this problem.I love all of the products, which are very expensive , so do not want to loose product in the mailThe volumizing shampoo really helps my fine hair (and their volumizing mousse is also a must have). I always follow with their conditioner (use from the mid back of my head down to ends) and, if I’m styling, their volumizing mousse (really amazing and nearly impossible to overuse).I get compliments on my hair all the time. I’m thrilled with the length and the health of my hair. On the pictures I posted: I washed and conditioned yesterday, used MO mousse and blew dry with (the amazing) Dyson (using round brush at scalp for some volume and smoothing brush on length) then flat iron today for pic of hair from back. Some background on me and my hair:For some reason, at around 50’ish I decided I wanted long hair. I am 55 now. I have lifelong processed hair (bottle red since college; my natural color is very dirty blond - now with some grey) that is very fine (tangles easily) but I’m told I have a lot of it (well, that’s what I was told when I was younger; come to think of it - I haven’t heard that in awhile (!) and does anyone with fine hair really think they have a lot of it??)Probably the three most important actions that helped grow my hair: 1) only washing it twice a week (this is really key from my experience and my research (believe it or not, for me, corn starch is, by far, the best “dry shampoo” (I use a kabuki brush and sort of grind it into the scalp then brush through; then spray a hairbrush with my fave perfume and brush through my hair to improve scent)), 2) finding a good colorist with good product (I’d been using an excellent stylist but she was locked into Aveda coloring products which are very drying to my hair and I never got past just jaw length without a ton of breakage), and 3) using Moroccan Oil products.I technically used street brands hair product all my life. Recently my hairdresser advised me to try paraben and sulphate free products as according to her these chemicals dries your scalp and hair and form a residue that just sits on your hair leading to many problems, like dull hair, split ends etc. I did some research, found Moroccanoil and decided to give it a go. I have been using both shampoo and conditioner for a while now and am absolutely amazed by the results and by how much of a difference a good hair product can do. It leaves my hair shiny, smooth, healthy-looking, non-frizzing and super, super soft. And after washing, my hair literally detangle on their own. These products are a little bit pricey, but very efficient. You only need a small amount of it each time. Thus, a single bottle will last much longer than that of a cheap street brand stuff. I highly recommend!I usually try Jason Aloe Vera shampoo and thought of using this for a change. Thank god I ordered a small bottle! It makes my hair tangled and it doesn’t foam easily, I had to shampoo multiple times to get a good foam. My hair looked volume-less after blow dry. One good thing about this shampoo is the smell. This is a wonderful product I have used many products Over the years and this is the bestWorst shampoo I’ve ever used I have fine (lots of) bleach hair and the shampoo makes it feel very dry. The consistency is very thick and trying to get it to larva in your hands is impossible even if I add water to it, it makes it thicker. When on hair and does eventually foam (not much) the shampoo makes my hair matted and hard to run my fingers through to wash. Waste of money won’t be purchasing it again. Only got 1 star because I had to post reviewI have been using this for some time now. I have very fine hair and can't use heavy products as it weighs the hair down. This shampoo is rich but very light and leaves my hair soft, shiny and healthy looking whilst giving volume. The matching conditioner (which I just use on the ends of my hair) goes well with it.
