Even though when I received this item the top was busted and some had leaked out. This product itself is fantastic! I have dry and damaged hair from years of coloring and blowing it dry. This is the only shampoo that makes it so soft without the need for a conditioner. You only need to use very little, so this bottle goes a long way. That in mind, this is worth the money. It leaves a fantastic smell in your hair as well. Recommended.seems to remove more of my natural curl than Wen does but I don't get the volume with Wen. too strong of a smell. would prefer no smell. does make your hair feel and look thicker.overall, good product.this is an excellent product and have been using for almos a year... so glad Amazon is offering it on their site.... probably a little pricy but cheaper than the Monat website... plus not having to pay shipping plus the greatness of the product... makes it all worth the buy.... I love how manageable and shiny my hair is... i use to get perms to make my hair do what i wanted... now I just use MONAT... very pleased with results.....This shampoo is good to use when my hair has too much product in it. It cleans well, but I need a daily shampoo that provides more moisture to my very dry hair.Thought this would start to work quickly but still waiting for some kind of resultNoticeable fine hair growth however shampoo is very drying. I perfer to use the leave in conditioner. Very costly for an average product.Love it. But the bottles always leaks.The shampoo that I received is different than the old Balance shampoo. I will not purchase again
