As a former hairdresser I’m always surprised by how many women who have highlights or bleached blonde hair do nothing to keep the tones up between treatments. Ladies, you’ve spent hard earned money to get the look you want! Yes, your color must be cared for and it’s easy to avoid that brassy look (it’s the sun, you know) by using toning shampoos and leave in conditioners. After trying a few different products I can highly recommend this shampoo. Use it every time you wash your hair, leave in around 5 minutes then rinse til clear. After shampoo conditioners will not affect the tone though I do recommend a leave in conditioner you can apply to hair that’s around 50% dry. This is an inexpensive alternative to costly salon visits. You won’t be disappointed. Just a note here, you’ll want the purple…the blues are for gray hair.You will see the deep purple & thicker consistency of this professional beauty product right away. You do not need to use a lot or use every day to get beautiful results & this bottle will last months.I have colored blonde hair , below my shoulders & hard water can turn my highlights brassy. I used to need a toner, but it has not been necessary since using this shampoo.Definitely worth the money ! There were so many who said the bottle had leaked in transport. SAME! But this can easily be prevented by locking down the pump top. PLEASE! The other item in the box is covered in purple mess!I have used several name branded purple shampoos for my chemically treated platinum hair color and this product is the BEST!!!I love this stuff for hair but when it arrived the pump was open and dried shampoo was all over the bag and box, a little of the product lost in shipping but the shampoo overall is greatI love this product. However it came open. There was purple shampoo spilled all inside of the box.Great smell. Does it’s job for my blond . I do it at least twice a week.
