This shampoo is very thin and almost watery. The first time I used this, it squirted all down my palm and up my arm, then immediately ran off of my hand, and I had to get more. So, watch out when using this- squeeze gently, and carefully cup your palm. I didn’t appreciate how watery it was, because it’s hard to hold it, and it takes more shampoo. For the price, this stuff should be as thick as mud, or at least as thick as Pantene. The scent of the shampoo was very mild, and it was completely clear, so there at least aren’t any artificial colorings in this. The shampoo didn’t really lather up, and I used quite a bit of it. I am not sure if you just have to use an obscene amount of it in order to get up a good lather. It did cleanse my hair well. My hair tends to get greasy, and this took care of that handily. At first, while my hair was still wet, it felt really rough, as if the shampoo had stripped everything off the hair. When my hair dried, it was quite light, and all the oils had been removed. It wasn’t as soft as normal, though. To be honest, I’m not sure what the second container is. I guess it’s supposed to be conditioner? It just says that it’s an intensive hair treatment. Either way, you’re supposed to use it like conditioner- by applying to the hair after shampooing and rinsing it out. The container it comes in has a lid that screws off, so it’s not great for using in the shower. This is pretty expensive for shampoo and conditioner. The bottle of shampoo isn’t large, and the shampoo is thin, so you have to use a lot. I don’t think this will last very long.
