There were no issues at all with this purchase. Good price, arrived on time and I love this shampoo! This was my first time trying this product, I normally don't spend much on shampoos so I was a little hesitant to make this purchase but it was worth the risk. The shampoo smells great, feels awesome and you only need a small pea size for loads & loads of bubbles which is nearly unheard of for shampoos. After the first use, my scalp felt SO much better. After about three shampoos, my scalp itch, open sites and scalp tenderness almost completely disappeared, it was amazing! I have tried several dandruff shampoos, scalp healing shampoos and other products that claim to help with itchiness or soreness but this is the only product that has actually worked for me.2nd purchase.... No issues no problems, this is my second order. This shampoo is great! My mother has eczema and my dad has psoriasis, I have a years long non stop itchy flaky scalp (no diagnosis, no doctor's appt). This shampoo is great for me. Smells good, feels good and helps the condition of my scalp.The product is pretty nice. It did not fully treat my psoriasis, but it definitely helped a lot. I used it within my rotation of products and it has helped moisturize my scalp significantly. I found that it did not work so well to make my scaling completely disappear, but it definitely helped manage it and prevent dryness throughout most of the day. I used to have bad dandruff because of my psoriasis but it is nearly completely gone after using it alternating days for the past eight months. I was also surprised that the bottle lasted as long as it did, a little of it goes a long way, so it may be moderately expensive, but you definitely get the worth of the price tag. I would recommend it for anyone using a rotation between different treatment shampoos.After trying many products I saw an ad for this and decided to try it. I was apprehensive because of the price and I had tried so many others with less than favorable results. I noticed relief after my first shampoo! It took away the burning and itching immediately. The flaking subsided as well. One thing good to know is to leave it on your scalp for a few minutes before rinsing. Leaves my hair feeling soft! I use this a couple of times a week and my scalp is now pretty muched healed. It is not irritated like it used to be. I will continue to buy this product. Going to try the conditioner next.I have psoriasis on my scalp and this is the only product that works well. It also leaves my hair soft. My only complaint is it is watered down and I have to use alot to lather my hair.Finally a shampoo that works for me and I think I have tried them all. Soothing - stops the itch and calms the red skin. I don't have flaking, so I can't say how this would work on that. I would give this 10 stars if I could, I have suffered for so long. My hair is white and this does not stain it like coal tar does and it is not harsh like salicylic acid. I use this with Head & Shoulders dry scalp conditioner and once a week I massage Radha Eucalyptus Oil - 100 percent pure and natural - into my scalp and leave it on over night (several hours). Believe it or not this oil, while it has a potent aroma, it is not greasy and washes out easily.I have been using the shampoo for a month. I have noticed a reduction in scaling after about 2 weeks. It should also be noted that I also changed my diet completely removing white sugar, gluten, and wheat from my daily intake.Still, I love that this shampoo gives a nice tingling sensation when using. It feels like it’s actually doing something. I still do have scales but it’s reduced.My first time using this. I'm trying it out for a different issue then psoriasis. I love this stuff. I think it cost to much but it does make my scalp feel great.My son has tried every shampoo this is the only one where right after he washes his hair he doesn't see any dry patches. It also smells so much better than the other medicinal shampoos. We tried Coal Tar, Nixoral, Head and Shoulders, Prescription Ketoconzonale you name it i purchased it. It's so embarassing for a teen age boy to have really bad dandruff. Thank you you got it right!!
