In my opinion this is the most underrated shampoo ever. It cleans well but it's gentle. We use it weekly without any dry skin or itchiness. It doesn't hurt my dog's very sensitive skin. It's also a good flea repellent which seems to work in conjunction with regular flea meds to make sure we never bring them home from the park.It is a medicated-y herbal smell. Not quite pachouli hippy, but also very natural smelling. The dogs don't mind and I think it's more pleasant than synthetic coconut/ fake flowers or whatever other shampoos seem to use. It's not nearly as plasticy smelling.I keep coming back to this product.
