I am absolutely in love with this shampoo and it's partner - the conditioner. I have thick, coarse and weirdly wavy hair which is also sun damaged and dry. I have tried many drug store products - Pantene, fructis, herbal essences and I realized they are not any different on my hair at least. So when I switched my entire skin care line to Alba, I found out about the body and hair care products as well and based on many reviews this shampoo was a match made in heaven for me. I ordered it and actually subscribed to it on amazon since I won't be using anything else ever. My hair literally drinks this shampoo. It smells AMAZING, and yes, per other reviews it does not lather up like a bubble bath but that's because it does NOT contain all those chemicals that make bubbles. I personally use a nice amount and it lathers up enough for me to feel that I am using a shampoo. NO this shampoo does not make your hair silky and smooth - that's what the conditioner is for however it does not tangle my hair, it cleans it very well. I have noticed the quality of my hair change to better as well - less split ends and breakage, no fuzziness and nice smelling clean hair!
